"Demoiselle" is an authentic normandy house fully renovated in 2004. Lightfull and furnished in an actual style, we took great care of decoration, so that it makes you feel at home ! You will enjoy the lovely view on the park and the small valleys of the domain. The cottage is equipped with a fireplace, a floor heating, and a sauna.

Guest House "Elstar" : 1 double room (1 bed 160cm) with bathroom (shower)

You can choose between 2 formulas :
Up to 5 guests : 125 m2 - 2 rooms / 2 bathrooms
Up to 7 guests : 145m2 - 3 rooms / 3 bathrooms (third room is in the Guest House Elstar, 10 meters from Demoiselle)

Practical information :
Beds are linen when you arrive, we provide : bath towels, bath carpet, dish towels. A breakfast basket is offered for your first morning. (croissants, coffee, tea, chocolate, milk, butter, sugar, marmelade). The house is heated before your arrival if needed. During the christmas holidays, the living room is decorated with a Christmas tree. For Easter, children will search for eggs in the garden. We provide a cleaning kit for the house and some basic products for the cooking : salt, pepper, oil, vinaiger. An electricity package of 30kw/day is included in the rental rate, extra Kw will be charged at the end of your stay on electicity company rates. We keep at your disposal different indoor and outdoor games for adults and children..

Equipment : High-chair, cot, coffee machine, toaster, robot-mixer, TV , DVD player, sauna, microwave, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing-machine, terrace with garden furniture. Our maximum capacity is 12 guests including our B&B rooms
