Hello,
My name is Florence, I'm 43, I live in the Pays d'Auge with my husband Jean and our mascott, Bonnie, a little Jack Russell female dog. Since 1997, I was working as a Personal Assistant in Paris. Nice situation but I wasn't really happy with that. I was upset with Paris life, pollution an everyday's stress.

My parents bought this nice property 30 years ago. In 2002 they decided to sell it, but I couldn't accept it. So I decided to change my way of life and to follow a ceramist training at l'école des Beaux-Arts de Vallauris. In the same time I started the renovation with my parents help. I'm very lucky my father is a craftman, with golden fingers. During one year, every week-ends and holidays were spent in the renovating of Demoiselle.

At least the dream came true. We have respected the norman architectural style and the interior has been made very confortable. Making of the website, 3 star classification with Gîtes de France, the first bookings and the so long expected instant to welcome my first guests. Since that day, I always have the same pleasure to see how satisfied they are when they discover in real the little peaceful paradise that they saw on the website and prospects. They are so happy that they have made the good choice (see the guest book) this is the best reward for me. Today I have the life I desired no more stress, I work as free-lance few days a month and I won my bet, I am not anymore a fashion victim. Come and share my way of life for a week end or your holidays. Take a good breath of fresh air, relax and enjoy the comfort of my houses. Two formulas are available, Cottage or Bed and Breakfast.
