Hello,
My name is Florence, I'm 45, I live in the Pays d'Auge with my husband Jean and our mascott, Bonnie, a little Jack Russell female dog, and 2 cats Eliott Ness & Al Capone. Since 1997, I was working as a Personal Assistant in Paris. Nice situation but I wasn't really happy with that. I was upset with Paris life, pollution an everyday's stress.

My parents bought this nice property 30 years ago. In 2002 they decided to sell it, but I couldn't accept it. So I decided to change my way of life and to follow a ceramist training at l'école des Beaux-Arts de Vallauris. In the same time I started the renovation with my parents help. I'm very lucky my father is a craftman, with golden fingers. During one year, every week-ends and holidays were spent in the renovating of Demoiselle.
